APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
All guests will be required to have a credit card on file. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged half of the scheduled service. With exception to illness. All sales are final.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
Clients will receive an automated confirmation text 96-72 hours before their scheduled appointment. (REPLY 1 to confirm)
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call (850)437-0007 to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
*Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged half of the scheduled service, except for illness. All sales are final.

LATE ARRIVAL
As a courtesy to the guests following your appointment, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are a late arrival. If we can accommodate a late arrival, you may be asked to see a different team member. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Salon San Carlos. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we ask that you please let us know within 48 hours. It is our desire to correct any service issues and we will be happy to schedule a corrective service within 14 days of your original appointment date. There are no money refunds for any service provided.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE / RETURN
Products purchased at Salon San Carlos may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. There are no returns for brushes and hot tools. There are no cash refunds, although a store credit may be redeemed on either products or services.
