APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
All guests will be required to have a credit card on file. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged half of the scheduled service, except for illness. All sales are final.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
At Salon San Carlos, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re experiencing any challenges with your haircut or color, please let us know within five days of your visit. We’ll be happy to make necessary adjustments at no additional charge within 14 days of your original appointment.
Please note that complimentary adjustments do not apply to changes of mind or a new direction in your cut or color. All services and sales are final.
LATE ARRIVAL
As a courtesy to the clients following your appointment, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are a late arrival. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, your stylist will consult with you about expectations for what is achievable with the remaining time. The rate will reflect the original hours reserved.
CHILD SAFETY
At Salon San Carlos, we prioritize the comfort and safety of all our guests. To maintain a peaceful environment and ensure everyone’s well-being, we kindly ask that children under 13 be supervised at all times while in the salon. For safety reasons, only those receiving services may be present in the service areas.
Please note that our salon is not child-proof, so we encourage making necessary arrangements in advance. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a safe and enjoyable space for all!
